E-Sign Consent & Electronic Communications
1. Overview
By browsing or otherwise using HurricaneShutterCalc.com (the "Site"), you may receive certain communications, disclosures, notices, agreements, and other documents ("Communications") from Franklyns Bay LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") electronically rather than in paper form.
This E-Sign Consent Agreement explains your rights and our obligations regarding electronic Communications under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., and applicable state electronic signature laws.
In this Agreement, "you" and "your" means the person providing consent — whether a homeowner or visitor researching hurricane shutters. "Communications" means every disclosure, notice, record, document, agreement, or other information we provide to you, or that you sign, submit, or agree to, in connection with your use of this Site or our services.

- Your lead request submission and any follow-up communications
- Our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this E-Sign Consent Agreement
- Our Affiliate Agreement and any related documents
- Any legally required notices, disclosures, or acknowledgments
- Information from affiliate partners or third-party advertisers
- Any updates or changes to our policies or agreements
- Any other Communications in connection with your use of this Site or our services
Your consent applies to all interactions with us including those conducted via desktop, mobile device, email, or telephone.
4. Hardware & Software Requirements
To access and retain Communications electronically, you will need:
- Internet access through a current, compatible browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) with at least 128-bit encryption
- An active, working email account with the correct address provided to us
- Adobe Acrobat Reader or equivalent PDF viewer (free download at adobe.com)
- Ability to print or save Communications for your records
- Sufficient storage on your device to retain copies of Communications

5. Requesting Paper Copies
You have the right to receive a paper copy of any Communication at no charge to you. To request a paper copy, contact us at:

6. Withdrawing Your Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically at any time by contacting us at [email protected] with the subject line "Withdraw E-Sign Consent." Your withdrawal will become effective after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it.
Please be aware that withdrawing your consent may affect your ability to use certain features of this Site or to receive timely information about our services. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legal validity of any electronic Communications or signatures provided before the withdrawal.
7. Updating Your Contact Information
We cannot communicate with you electronically unless your contact information is current and correct. If your email address or other contact information changes, you must notify us promptly at [email protected]. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in your missing important Communications.
8. Legal Effect of Electronic Signatures & Clickwrap Agreements
Under the federal E-SIGN Act, electronic signatures and electronic records are legally valid and enforceable to the same extent as handwritten signatures and paper documents, provided the signer has consented to conduct the transaction electronically. By using this Site, you have provided that consent.
We may always, in our sole discretion, provide you with any Communication in paper form or by mail, even if you have consented to electronic delivery. We may also require certain documents to be delivered to us in writing.
9. Record Retention
You should print or save a copy of all electronic Communications we provide to you for your own records, including this Consent Agreement, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Affiliate Agreement. We recommend saving these to a folder on your computer or printing them for future reference. We are not responsible for your failure to retain copies of Communications.
